Yup... he's a physicist, into motion and very small particles
called Quarks, Leptons, Baryons and such. Really small stuff.
Also, when one lives in a world where one's planet has a diameter measured
in Pico Metres, time has a different meaning.
A "second" at that small size would seem like months to you
and your physical body would be too, too small to detect "light".
Yup... it's a weird world at the micro level of reality.
I spend endless hours thinking about such things.
How small is small? How fast is fast?
How slow is slow? Why, exactly, are solids so solid?
Space is NOT empty, but what is space? What is the FABRIC of it?
i.e. it is, or MUST be made of particles
which MUST have shape/volume. There is no such thing as nothingness... except, perhaps, death.
Yup...
Space is NOT empty. It's a kind of gas at absolute zero.
i.e. it is made of PARTICLES
which MUST have shape/volume.
If you wish to "tile" space, you come upon some serious problems
such as "what is the smallest and best shape for an "original particle"?
And what, exactly, is the meaning of contraction and expansion?
Seriously... observation says the universe is, mostly, gas. Why?
While the Tetrahedron has the least number of faces, edges, and vertices,
it can't tile space, and it is able to be reduced MUCH farther
into yet MORE shapes. So... What's at the CENTER?
One shape which would be nice is the GyroBiFastigium
because it is an Octahedral shape... it has 8 sides,
and can be tiled and can, also, be found inside a cube.

The best bet for the smallest shape seems to be the Cuboctahedron.
If you regard the EDGES as being the SOLID PARTS
then you come up with a way to make this shape from EQUAL LENGTH parts.
In any case, all edges have the exact same length. That's worth noting.
If there, actually, is a smallest "solid" shape, or gaseous shape, then this is a very good choice.
Rather than shrinking to become more solid, it can join with shapes, like itself, to form a "lattice solid",
i.e. it would EXPAND upon 'freezing'. That would be a good characteristic for "Dark Matter" to have.
as it would provide "pressure" to the universe.
Remember, it's just a CUBE with the corners cut off.
AND.... ta/da, the Cuboctahedron is 1/2 the volume of the cube. Neat, huh?
So, for symmetry and other reasons, it would be neat if 1/2 of the universe
was repelled by the other half... for no other reason than basic shape
of the most elemental units of reality.
Solids, liquids and gasses differ only in their character at certain temperatures
or energy levels. Solids have some kind of structure... lattices, as it were
less, or not, evident in liquids or gasses.
If DARK MATTER was a gas, that would be just perfect.
Assume present concepts of what, exactly, is anti-matter,
that is to say, any "anti-matter" observations aren't quite what they seem
and there's something ELSE going on and...
if matter repelled anti-matter then you gots yourself a
perpetual motion machine. They won't mix and can't escape each other.
And... if they like ONLY their OWN kind, you gots yourself a "Strong Force".
They like to stick to each other but repel the other kind... oil and water, as it were.
It's extremely interesting that one can't tile the universe with shapes
other than cubes. Cubes may, easily be made from TWO shapes...
Right Angle Tetrahedra and a Cuboctahedron, for instance.

Interestingly, it has a near relative in Johnson Solid #J27 a TRIANGULAR-ORTHO-BI-CUPOLA
which can eventuate "matter" by breaking rules of symmetry...

The Cuboctahedron
You may cut a Regular Tetrahedron out of a Cube,
and reduce it to a Cuboctahedron.
Simply mark the halfway points of each side
of the cube, join those marks on each face
to see where you chop off the corners.
Voila... a Cuboctahedron.
Butchypoo says it's a gas in its normal state and can't be "frozen".
Yup... the information is telling us that the BEST basic stable shape is a CUBOCTAHDRON
and DARK MATTER "particles", small as they are,
obey the PAULI EXCLUSION PRINCIPLE
thus the ENTIRE UNIVERSE follows the laws of Flotation and of Buoyancy...
i.e. DISPLACEMENT. Dark Matter/Energy provides the PRESSURE we call Gravity.
The, seemingly, "solid stuff" is all rather rare. Space is, mostly, a gas.
Electrons displace Dark Matter/Energy. They have buoyancy and displacement.
They, also, have 20 unique surfaces to repel pressures... and multiple pole spin choices.
The Electron has the shape of an Icosahedron.

We should think of all atomic structures (atoms)as being constructed like "Hoberman Spheres"
which may, easily, expand and contract.
And... we should get used to the idea that, maybe, the symmetry required to make a universe
requires TWO, or even more, basic things. i.e. There is NO SUCH THING as empty space.
That matter and anti-matter will NOT destroy each other but complement each other.
Think of OIL and WATER. Made of the same basic stuff, but different.
Also, expansion and contraction may be
handled by having 8 co-ordinates (dimensions) to describe any given point in
time/space.
The Speed of Light is a repercussion
of the properties of the Electron...
i.e. The Speed of Light is caused by the Electron.
The Electron has shape and occupies space (follows laws of flotation and buoyancy).
It PUSHES BACK against the universe pressure of space.
It is shaped like an Icosahedron... 20 surfaces to face the pressures upon it.
The Electron is a spinning monopole which sets the speed of light.
While it may have LEFT or RIGHT spin, it has a choice of ten poles.
Space is a kind of gas. It is Dark Matter/Anti-Matter that can't freeze
because of space "pressure"...

Dark Matter is matter... it occupies space as a gas.
While it allows for solutions and suspensions, it still MUST
follow the PAULI EXCLUSION PRINCIPLE. It is matter and

Dark Matter "melts" at ABSOLUTE ZERO, or lower
into a Bose-Einstein Condensate kind of gas.
There is slightly more matter than Dark Matter
so "matter" can't melt. There isn't enough energy
in the universe to "melt" the remaining "matter"...

That causes space "pressure"... gravity.
There is enough energy in space "matter"
that is is almost always seen as a gas... except when it becomes "matter".
It "shrinks" enough to become a kind of matter.
Space and matter are made of the same stuff,

To be brief... The Speed of Light is set by the physical characteristics of the baryon/particle we call the Electron. It displaces space/time and follows the laws of flotation and buoyancy where there is no up, nor down. Gravity is PUSH, not pull and is a result of the Electron's physical volume and monopole characteristics. They REPEL each other. Electron's PUSH each other away, DISPLACE each other, causing GRAVITY. Electrons set the speed of light and gravity. |

I'm into theoretical physics and have MY OWN opinions about EVERYTHING. For the physicists, out there, I believe space is infinite and has always existed. That is to say I don't believe in beginnings. It was always here. To be blunt, BIG BANG THEORY is for non-thinking boneheads. I said it, I mean it. Sheesh... what a ridiculous theory. GRAVITY is PUSH not PULL. Gravity is an illusion of motion. Absolute rest is not possible. All things are seeking absolute rest. Thus the universe can never end. I believe the universe is a very thin kind of gas called DARK MATTER too, too small to detect with electrons. Matter is folded space, as it were, developed by energy/matter accretion and acts like objects following the laws of flotation and bouyancy in that gasseous background of DARK MATTER/ENERGY.
